At E3 Volleyball, our mission is to provide a competitive, athlete-centered volleyball experience where every player and team matters—regardless of financial circumstance.
We believe that volleyball is more than just a sport—it's a platform for growth, resilience, and lifelong confidence. Through our Financial Assistance Program, we are committed to breaking down barriers and ensuring that motivated athletes have the opportunity to participate, train, and thrive, no matter their economic background.
Our program emphasizes integrity, mentorship, and character development, both on and off the court. We build teams responsibly, prioritize quality over quantity, and empower our coaches to lead with purpose—not just as trainers, but as role models who help shape confident, capable athletes.

The Tiger Memorial Scholarship was created to break down financial barriers and expand access to high-level volleyball for young athletes across New Mexico, regardless of background or income. Through a needs-based process, it provides assistance for club fees, gear, travel, and training—ensuring every athlete has the opportunity to grow in the sport they love.
This scholarship was established in honor of our late coach, whose passion for volleyball and unwavering commitment to his players left a lasting impact on our community. The Tiger Memorial Scholarship supports dedicated young men and women in pursuit of their volleyball dreams—fostering the next generation of athletes who embody the values, heart, and spirit our beloved coach lived by.
